FEES FOR THE USE OF THE NEIGHBORHOOD HOUSE
SUMMER WEDDING, JUNE THROUGH SEPTEMBER, FROM NOON ON FRIDAY THROUGH SUNDAY: $1500 for up to 75 people; $2,000 for up to 75-150; over 150, fee to be negotiated. Cleaning deposit of $200, payable in advance.
OFF-SEASON WEDDING, OCTOBER THROUGH MAY, FROM NOON ON FRIDAY THROUGH SUNDAY: $750 for up to 75 people; $1,000 for 75-150; over 150, fee to be negotiated. A utility fee and cleaning deposit of $100 will be charged.
FREE PUBLIC ACTIVITY HELD TO BENEFIT THE COMMUNITY. No fee; cleaning deposit of $100.
OFF-SEASON ACTIVITIES, OCTOBER 1 THROUGH MAY 31. Use of the building is free to town residents during the off-season for private or public use. A refundable cleaning deposit of $100 is collected for all events. For private events, a fee of $4/hr. up to a maximum of $24 will be collected for heating the building. Water is turned off during the winter. If water is needed for an event, a caretaker’s fee will be collected, to be negotiated when the event is scheduled.
USE BY LOCAL NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION: SUGGESTED DONATION $50, plus cleaning deposit of $100.
PRIVATE ACTIVITIES, SUMMER. $500 per day plus cleaning deposit of $100.
FOR-PROFIT ACTIVITIES, Fee to be negotiated. Cleaning deposit of $100.
CHAIRS AND TABLES. Table and chair use is by donation.
TENT. The INHA tent rents for $300 per day for private events and is free for community events. Tent set-up is the responsibility of the user and the crew contracted for set-up must be approved by the board member responsible for the calendar.
The Board of Trustees reserves the right to adjust fees at its discretion.
For weddings, the INHA guarantees that the building will be cleaned in advance, and stipulates that the wedding party is responsible for clean-up after the event.
